Freezer Drawer Frozen Shut
Check these before you call anyone

Pull once, straight out, with a flat hand under the handle. A drawer that gives a few millimetres and stops is held by ice; one that will not shift at all should be left alone.

Run a finger along the gasket wherever you can reach it. A ridge of clear ice on the sealing face is the usual offender, and it forms where a stray package has been closing in the way.

What is holding it
Ice needs very little room to work as glue. Meltwater that reached the sealing face, or condensation that ran onto a runner, sets into a thin bridge between two surfaces meant to part, and that bridge outlasts the drawer front.
Nothing has seized. Slides, rollers and the closing mechanism are intact under the ice, which is why force is the wrong tool: the handle and its fixings take the load instead.
Getting it open, and reading what it tells you
Mild warmth wins. A cloth wrung out in hot water, laid along the seal line and swapped as it cools, frees most drawers. Where the whole compartment has glazed, that section goes off at the control panel and thaws with the door open and towels down.

Warm water on a cloth, held against the ice until it lets go, is safe and slow. Poured water is neither: it runs into the runners and refreezes there, and the drawer is worse an hour later.
